Preparation of Mn-Co-MCM-41 Molecular Sieve with Thermosensitive Template and Its Degradation Performance for Rhodamine B

Rhodamine B (RhB) in dyes is widely used various industries, but it poses a great threat to the natural environment and human health. In this work, series of thermosensitive polymer materials, PNxDy, with controllable morphology particle size were prepared by free radical polymerization using N-isopropylacrylamide N,N-dimethylacrylamide as monomers. Then, PNxDy template, bimetallic Mn- Co-doped MCM-41 molecular sieves good properties microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. The effects templates on Mn-Co-MCM-41 sieve investigated. results demonstrated that PN100D4 templating agent showed best mesoporous ordering most regular material 2 nm nanoparticles. addition, structure was selected for RhB degradation experiments. template uniform pore channels. It applied catalyst potassium monopersulfate (PMS). rate could reach 98% 20 min reaction (PN100D4). Meanwhile, be maintained at 91% after being reused six times. bimetallic-doped have catalytic performance can effectively reused.
